¯ IRVING — An Erie County resident is facing charges in connection with a vehicle complaint on Routes 5 and 20. Upon investigation by deputies it was found that 36 year old Nicholas C. Connors, 36, was operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs at 11:32 p.m. July 2. Connors was placed into custody and processed at the Hanover Substation and later released. Connors was to be in the town of Hanover Court.

¯ CHAUTAUQUA — At around 11:11 p.m. Wednesday, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua for observed traffic infractions. The driver was identified as 40-year-old Karen Schiavone of Jamestown. Schiavone was charged with DWI along with failure to keep right and move from lane unsafely. She was later released and is scheduled to be in the town of Chautauqua Court later.

¯ Sally Kuzdale, 41, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test.

¯ Sabrina Flores-Maphis, 22, of Jamestown, was picked up on a bench warrant Sept. 4.

¯ Taishanis Torres-Rivera, 23, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Sonia Camacho, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Kameren Jackson, 23, of Syracuse, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ Steven Gardner, 24, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 6 and charged with second-degree harassment.

¯ Lauren Burroughs, 25, of Jamestown, was arrested Sept. 9 and charged with forged certificate of inspection and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

¯ Riley Halas, 29, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

¯ Elijah Smalls, 18, of Buffalo, was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Katelyn Haltiner, 20, of Westfield, was arrested Sept. 13 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Cameron Pierrot, 19, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

¯ Michael Deland, 62, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

¯ Kyle Edminster, 35, of Dunkirk, was picked up on a bench warrant Sept. 16.

¯ Braden Wilkins, 23, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with an open container violation.

¯ Michael Gates, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with second-degree harassment.

¯ Anthony Bickhart, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to take a breath test.

¯ Michael Teti, 22, of Fredonia, was arrested Sept. 20 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
